Monte Scholarship

In 1998, ASD received a generous gift from Althea Monte, an ASD alumna of 1929. This gift provides scholarship funds to ASD students for post-secondary education. We encourage eligible seniors to apply.
 
A completed application with required documentation must be received by March 31, 2025.
  • The ASD scholarship committee will review applications and announce the winner (s) at the ASD awards program in June of 2025.

  • One or two ASD seniors will receive $7,500 - $15,000 per year (total four years) for their college education. This scholarship will expire after four years.

Funds will be sent directly to the recipient’s post-secondary institution when written acceptance from the institution is received by ASD.

Students must be a full-time ASD students during their senior year to qualify. Preference will be given to applicants with financial need.
